While I’ve never created a yelp review before (I signed up moments ago just for this purpose), Brooklyn Tails & Trails warrants a stellar writeup. I knew from the first email in which she called him a “sweet boy” (exactly how we refer to Brody) to her “poochas gracias” sign-off, that it’d be a great match. It’s always a little bit nerve-wracking letting someone new into your home and handing over the leash so to speak. Nelli made us feel completely at ease the moment we met her, answering all of our questions and showing Brody the love and attention we always do. If you can’t already tell, we’re absolutely crazy for our dog, and it’s so great to feel that Frank and Nelli adore him as well. Our texts from Frank with adorable photos and captions are the best part of the workday. If it’s raining Frank always makes sure to towel Brody off when they get back. When the pup has his rare accidents, Frank always is helpful and cleans it up. We really appreciate how response and organized they are, and that they’re right here in the neighborhood should something last minute come up. We can’t speak highly enough of Brooklyn Tails & Trails, and know that little Brody feels the same.
