We switched to Brooklyn Tails & Trails Dog Walkers after a ‘last straw’ bad experience with our previous walkers, and could not be happier or feel more like we made the best decision! I wish we would have had them all along! Nelli and Jacques take such good care of our pup and are always friendly, professional, and trustworthy. We love the pictures they send with each walk, and they are always happy to accommodate our ever-changing schedule. It is such a relief to know that our little guy is in such good hands while we are at work, and without having to go bankrupt.
