Brooklyn Tails and Trails is top notch. Nelli and her group of walkers have been extremely communicative and friendly from the get go. The process started with Nelli coming over to meet us and our dog, set expectations, answer any questions we had, and address any concerns. It was difficult to leave Kaya in the care of other people, but she loves her daily walks with her canine friends, as evidenced by the daily status updates, replete with pictures!
Additionally, when we’ve needed to add or cancel a walk last-minute, or required a walk on an evening or weekend, BT&T has never had any problem accommodating us.
The rates are reasonable and payment is easy via cash or Venmo. I’m 100% satisfied with BT&T!
