Open, honest, reliable, friendly and reasonably priced. We really feel like we lucked out with Nelli and her crew. Love that they send pictures daily and that I can really count on them to be there when they say they will be. I’ve also had a number of occasions where we had a last minute change or additional walk request and each one was happily accepted.
